REAL ESTATE PROGRAM WHY?” Why are you working? If you don’t already know it, let’s bring to light the reason you are devoted to working and making yourself successful. Is it to give your family a better life? Is it to enhance your already great life by adding vacations, travel or fun things? Once you know you’re “why”, you can soar! There is always a reason; let’s make sure you know what motivates you so that we can use that to inspire you in good as well as challenging times.
BUSINESS PLAN Of course, you all need a business plan that documents how much you want to make and how many sales you need to make your goal. That is a given! Let’s create a customized business plan that starts off by listing three areas in which you want to grow your business and then expand on the actions you need to get you there. Following is an example of one idea for a business plan you will create:

ACTIONS: Time Block calendar Monday-Friday spend 2 hours daily calling FSBO’s, expireds, just listed, just solds Role play scripts with action partner Take: 3 new listings, 3 buyer contracts and have 4 closed transactions I am sure your organization has some incredible courses and all the information you could possibly need to be successful. The key to your success is putting into practice what you’ve learned in the courses. Sometimes the amount of information can be over whelming. We will sort out the next steps together and you can take the right actions to move your business to the next level.

You will be amazed at how weekly actions add up. Three (3) actions per week for fifty- weeks (50) equal 150 actions for the year. Just imagine what 150 actions will do toward moving your business to the next level.
Becoming more accountable is actually one of the most important benefits of coaching. We will review answers to questions like these: What did you do to move your business forward last week? Did you accomplish what you wanted to accomplish? Did life get in the way? We will create a structure to keep you on track. I’ll ask you to get out your calendar and we’ll set up your week to work to your advantage. We will set priorities. If you don’t stay on track, let’s figure out why and make it happen.
If you went to the airport and didn’t know your destination, there wouldn’t be much point to going to the airport, right? And if you did go without a plan, it might be confusing to everyone involved. Let’s determine your destination and write it down on an index card where you can see it daily. If you want to go a step further, we’ll make a visualization board that you can keep in front of you.
I believe it is a good idea to become aware of your own personality traits as well as your client’s. I recommend taking the DISC personality profile to determine your personality strengths. It is a great tool for interaction with clients, or anyone in your life for that matter.
SMILE AND ENJOY YOURSELF
You all know what it is like to be around someone who smiles easily and leaves you feeling happier; someone who loves what they are doing. We all gravitate toward those people. We usually enjoy helping that person and will easily refer others to them, knowing it will be a good experience. If you are not that person already, let’s explore what things you can do to be that person. Feeling successful and achieving your goals brings confidence and satisfaction, which is a big key to radiating positive energy.
We all work so hard, often times we forget to reward ourselves. We’ll explore little and big ways to refresh and reward yourself and build them into your schedule.
GROW YOUR TEAM
My sister, Susan, works for a real estate company in Charleston, South Carolina. She sold 35 homes her first year there and was working 24/7. Recently I influenced her to get an assistant. At first she said she didn’t have time to train someone. Then she couldn’t find one, but with perseverance, she finally hit the jackpot. It was through my encouragement that she kept on trying until she found the perfect assistant to keep her organized. It’s the beginning of her dream team. One step at a time. COACHING The most successful people have a coach. We already know you can’t get to the Olympics without a coach. We always promise ourselves we will take the right actions to being successful, but then life shows up and we get off track. As your coach, I will help you keep your eye on the goal and keep you on track.
MY MOTHER’S ADVICE:
Sometimes new experiences make us uncomfortable and we get stuck or stop ourselves from working on certain parts of our business that would make us more successful. My mother always said to me, “Everyone has butterflies but the successful people make them fly in formation”. That quote has helped me to move forward so many times. As your coach, I will help you make your butterflies fly in formation.
A LITTLE ABOUT ME
My heart is in making people successful. I have the DISC Profile of high “INTUITION’ AND ‘DRIVE’. Knowing myself and having studied the DISC Profiling allows me to coach you to take advantage of your strengths. I started my real estate career at Sotheby’s International Realty in New York City where I sold three properties over $1 million dollars in my first year. Over the last two years, I designed training programs, trained and coached 138 Sales Managers for Weichert Realtors including one-on-one coaching for 47 Sales Managers. I have coached real estate Sales Associates for over twenty-five years having managed four residential offices for Coldwell Banker and Keller Williams. I developed training programs and managed new development projects in New York City for the The Trump Organization” and “Marketing Directors”. I also spent several years working in property management. Previous to that, I worked for Bernard Haldane, Princeton, New Jersey, coaching executives who were downsized after twenty years of service to start their own business. My experiences, wisdom and well-rounded career come together to provide you with the best possible coaching available. One project I am most proud of is bringing Lemonade Day, a national program, from Houston, Texas, to New York City. I enrolled 1,700 youth to own and operate their own lemonade stands to learn how to spend a little, save a little and share a little. I achieved this in a four-month period. I had promotional spots on ABC, Fox & Friends and CBS. The CBS spot can be seen on my website as well using google: CBS/LemonadeDay/ClaudiaFox. All this came from reading an article in the Wall Street Journal and making that first cold call. My successes will help guide you to your success! By signing up for this ongoing course, you are enrolling in an Accountability Workshop given by Claudia Fox and agree to attend all sessions unless you have an emergency or request absence one week prior to the session. Your commitment is to attend weekly sessions for a twelve month time period.
