Biography – CLAUDIA FOX BIO

Claudia Fox offers enthusiasm, integrity, vision, confidence, and patience to every individual and group she works with. Fox is a one-on-one coach, group trainer, sales team trainer and executive presentation coach. She has worked with thousands of individuals and numerous large real estate organizations, corporations as well as smaller entrepreneurial companies. She has evaluated, coached and trained hundreds of real estate sales managers, real estate agents and corporate executives to higher-level careers by determining how to utilize their skills to make a difference.

Formerly a motivational trainer with PSE&G’s “Effective Learning Systems”, Fox also has an extensive history in real estate sales and sales training. She was the former President of Zeckendorf’s “Manhattan Sales”; former Associate Manager with Coldwell Banker’s Fort Lee/Paramus, New Jersey office; Vice President/Managing Broker of Coldwell Banker in New York City; Executive Sales Associate to Donald Trump’s 61st Street, New York City condominium project and Career Advisor to Bernard Haldane Associates in Tarrytown, N.Y. “My experience includes identifying, hiring and retaining high quality real estate sales executives who I coached to the top 10% of the nationwide industry.” Fox designed and implemented sales training programs for a real estate project on the Upper West Side of Manhattan that resulted in three quarters of the property being sold within six weeks of the release of availability. She has demonstrated leadership by directing senior executives and facilitating team building, and cross- training for five real estate condo projects with a combined staff of 40 individuals.

Over the past two years, Claudia was a Sales Development Leader for Weichert Realtors Corporate Headquarters in Morris Plains, New Jersey. She designed training programs; i.e. “Leading at Weichert” where she hosted a three-and-a-half day seminar to train 60 new Sales Manager. She designed the program, coordinated, and coached experienced managers to deliver dynamic trainings including interactive exercises. She created a coaching program whereby she enrolled 48 Sales Managers out of 138 to do individual and group weekly coaching to improve recruiting and retention skills. Her program grew through her reputation; managers sought out her coaching. Regional Vice Presidents took note of her success and referred sales managers to her on a regular basis. They came to rely on her expertise. Most recently, she met with the Sales Managers one-on-one in their offices to double and triple recruiting appointments weekly.

In the past, Fox has volunteered to coach high school and college students, which in her opinion has made a significant difference in the world. Her volunteer work focused on under-privileged teenagers with the goal of helping them create passionate career paths. She has developed and implemented student workshops to cover career assessment, resume writing, networking, interviewing and negotiating skills as well as interactive (role play) interviewing practice. She created “Career Seminar” nights exposing the teens to entrepreneurs who shared their success stories.

In February 2003, Claudia Fox was interviewed by the White Plains Chamber of Commerce to talk about her career business services on WVOX, New Rochelle radio station. She has appeared on “Fox & Friends”, Neil Cavuto Show, and Peekskill’s television cable show “Healthscope” talking about downsizing and the affects they have had on the mental health of executives now out of work. In addition, Claudia appeared on the Joe Franklin and Dr. Alan Pressman New York City radio shows. Ten years ago, she Co-hosted a television cable show called “Get A Job” which was aired on Tuesday nights at 9:30PM. The following year, she taped a show called “Turn Your Passion into Profit” where she and her co-host interviewed people who are passionate about their careers. Claudia, now adding author to her rooster, has written “DEGREES OF SUCCESS, Secrets to Success!

She also enrolled 1,700 youth to become Lemonade Day entrepreneurs, bringing the program from Houston, Texas, to New York City’s Tri-state area. The kids learned to spend a little, share a little and save a little. Keller Williams NYC co-partnered to make the program a huge success. As a benefit to them, they received widespread promotional coverage both in print and on TV. Claudia is a Certified International Coach, having completed an intense six-month course through Express Coaching, Canada. The course consisted of weekly group teleconference calls, the coaching of two individuals for six weeks each (one was observed and critiqued by an Express coach for the entire six weeks) and passing a written exam {based on the weekly sessions and accompanying workbook} as well as a 24-page business plan. All were completed with flying colors.

HOBBIES

Claudia can often been seen on the ballroom dance floor and at Country & Western Dances in Westchester, New York, enjoying her favorite hobby.  Claudia is as passionate about dancing as she is real estate.
